Suspended Front Squats Giant set (Glute ham raise seated calf raises hanging leg raises grip work) 8 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 50 min up to 3.4 mph up to level 12 2.65 miles Earl

7-8pm - Strength training class #2 - Still a little sore from overdoing it on Friday and Saturday but it felt great to workout and I think I am getting a little better/stronger? I can definately tell that my muscles are working, working during this class -LOL!
