TGIF workout
9:00-10:am - Strength training class from hell? My first class - oh my God! I could only do about 1/3 of what everyone else was doing and even that was utterly exhausting! I swear that almost everyone else in the class was a poster child for tri-athletes R US or possibly the Mr and Mrs Universe contest. Regardless, the trainer assures me that I have the capability to make it in this class if I just stick with it. I just have to psych myself up to go back on Monday. I like challenges but this is really intimidating... Yes, I am going back - sometimes being a Type A is helpful - LOL!
Friday night - rented a bike to see if I would like running up and down the bike paths around here. I have not ridden in years and so I do a few practice laps around a small lake (approx 4 miles).
