Thursday's workout
Ran 3 miles. Finally got back into a little weight training; did some upper body work. I love weights!Now, I just have to work it into the routine a couple of times a week.

1 hour intense dance cardio - yuppie version of "crumping" - who knew abs could ache so much in such a short period of time! No pain, no gain though! I would have added either bike time or treadmill time but had to help my oldest get his car to the dealer for a repair - all part of the daily parent workout - LOL!
