Squat day... 1 pm to 2 pm @ home gym 5 min warmup Hang Cleans Suspended Back Squat Glute Ham Raises superset Seated Calf Raises 8:30 pm to 9:15 pm @ work gym DB Wrist Curls DB Hammer Concentration Curls Walk treadmill 30 min, 3 mph, up to level 15 Earl Do it because others won't.

Lap Band on 06/21/07 with
Cardio Kickboxing Class (60 mins) includes a few push ups, stretching, some abs, and cool down and THEN a second class called "Maxium Sculp" it is a weight class and it kicked my butt!!   Worked out for 2 hours + 7 mins, burned 1020 calories at 45% fat.

Ran the Lance 5k at the Riverfront.  Temperature of 94 degrees and humidity 49%.  Dehydration was a real problem.  I finished the race in 28:30.  Disappointing but I went out too fast and really labored through the middle of the course. Rob

Squat Day - the other version. Packed gym bag and then needed to work at client site until 10:30pm, grabbed a quick salad from Starbucks and then drove home - arrived home at midnight! Work out achieved - Squat! Some days are just like this for me, however, I will be hitting the gym today come hell, high water or client distress! Taylor
