I'm having some issues with blisters on my feet.  It hadn't been bad until today. I got a nasty blistor on the inside of my right toe.  It feels like the toe next to it rubbed a hole in it. Any suggestions for protecting your feet.  should I tape the toe or what?  I purchased some good shoes and I had been fine for a while.  Today just hurt a lot. Thanks

A Friend sent me  "You're a runner when:"  one of the symptoms is "it takes more time to wrap your feet than the run." Seriously, I do wrap my toes when I go for a run/walk.  I did find a site NashBar (sp?) for biking that has socks with individual toes like I had in the 80's but made of very thin athletic sock material so for shorter distances I can skip the wrapping.  I did wear holes in my toes a few times from them rubbing together and I had my shoes fit by a specialist at Fleet Feet.  Also, I have just discovered the wonders of black toe nail (YUK). After reading up on it on runners sites I have concluded it is not a fit or shoe issue but the mechanics of the way I push off when I walk or run.  Fun, LOL Carla
