This is my first time on this forum, but I'll jump in..... Started with 5200 steps on eliptical... full array of leg workouts. extensions, squats... 140 crunches on the ball... triceps, biceps, rowing... and finished with 3 miles on the bike.  Total of 1.5 hrs.    I never would have believed it had anyone told me how great it felt to sweat this much. I did my stretching and strengthening exercise as prescribed by my physical therapist - I am such a good patient. I ran 5 miles in 54:55.

One hour of cardio dance (includes warm up and cool down stretches), then 12.75 miles on a bike that took me 50 minutes including the cool down and then the normal stretch out at the end. All in all a little over 2 hours. Taylor

Lap Band on 06/21/07 with
Hit the weight room and worked arms, did some leg presses and abs.  Worked out for 53 mins, burned 128 calories at 60% fat.

Attended a Triathlon-specific swimming clinic
Spent over an hour working on technique and doing balance & breathing drills in the pool.

See? It's not ALL about just puttin' in the miles!
