Tuesday's workout
This is my first time on this forum, but I'll jump in..... Started with 5200 steps on eliptical... full array of leg workouts. extensions, squats... 140 crunches on the ball... triceps, biceps, rowing... and finished with 3 miles on the bike. Total of 1.5 hrs. I never would have believed it had anyone told me how great it felt to sweat this much.

I did my stretching and strengthening exercise as prescribed by my physical therapist - I am such a good patient.
I ran 5 miles in 54:55.
