Today I ran 4.75 miles at an average pace of 11min/mile.  I really tried to concentrate on my form - I can see how much of a difference it makes.  My pace picks up quite a bit when my form is better.   I am heading off to to my stretching now. Mary

Dude, you are an inspiration! Wow! I shoot for 1 hour a dayo f exercise; either Jazzercise, walking or stationary bike w/weights after. Are you training for a marathon or something? PS - You're a real cutie - don't tell my hubby I said so.

Thanks Robin!
Cutie... Yup, that's what I was goin' for!

And to answer your question...
I'm in constant training during triathlon season.

I've become a bit obsessed... (although I prefer the term "focused" or "dedicated" )

I've got a few more triathlons coming up this year,
A Half Marathon in October,
A Half IronMan® next June,
And a Full IronMan® in England - August of 2009!

Wow, only 2 years to get ready for that... I'd better get a run in on my lunch break!!

Be Well,
A.J.
