Monday workouts

Hey...no workout at all for me today. Had call offs at work, so no breaks and 12 hour day. But looks like we got the ball rolling again, so everybody please keep posting your workouts. Seeing some of the kicka$$ training some of you are doing everyday is inspirational, to say the least. Earl

Monday is a crosstraining day for me, so I did 30 min on the bike.  I also did my stretches and strengthening exercises prescribed by my physical therapist. Have a great day, Mary

Monday:    5k treadmill run

  1-hour body bar class with 22-pound bar and 10-pound hand weights (It was hot and muggy so I stayed indoors to exercise)
