Sunday 1 pm to 1:45 pm @ home gym 5 min warmup Suspended Incline Press w chains medium Grip Suspended Incline Press w chains Close Grip Flat DB Flyes 7:30 pm to 9 pm @ work gym 5 min warmup Inverted Rows Wide Grip Pulldowns 1 Arm DB Press (30 min break in the middle of pressing had to have a work related meeting) 1 Arm DB Press Cable Laterals DB Shrugs Earl

Saturday - Ran 7.2 miles in the NYC heat! It was a really hot one here. Sunday - Dance lesson for 1 hour. One hour of salsa practice is great for the quads!
I'm training for the NYC Marathon and today is a cross training day, so I am on my way to the gym to do some bike riding.
