Saturday - Ran 7.2 miles in the NYC heat! It was a really hot one here.
Sunday - Dance lesson for 1 hour. One hour of salsa practice is great for the quads!
I'm training for the NYC Marathon and today is a cross training day, so I am on my way to the gym to do some bike riding.
