Thursday's workout
Today I did four miles on the treadmill.
6 minutes of core work and 20 minutes of stretching.

You boys RAWK! inspirational. I will do that biggo wog i've been craving Saturday cuz of your posts. Swimming...that is agoal I did not meet for myslef this summer. i had in mind to go at least one morning a week - love that all over workout.
This week overview:
Every day a 55 minute wog outside, except for Monday, i instead did a 1.75 hour bike ride in the evening in the hills outside.
My back has been barking, so i have been taking it kind of easy.
