Does wt lifting cause initial water retention?
I started lifting in the last 2 weeks and i am up 9 lbs. GULP! I am freking out, but i recall as does soemone else on WLS grad board that weight lifting causes initial fluid retention. Anyone know if there is any truth to this??? See my posting on WLS Grads called I'm a gainer. Help!
