Monday workout

Hey gang,  What did you do today for exercise? I did 30 mins elliptical, 10 min walking at 3.7 mph at 3.0 incline and 5 min on the rowing machine. Did a few lower body weights.

Hi I went to our local mall and walked for 1 hour this morning and in about 3 hours I am going to go to a gym and do a Pilates class.   Maybe workout on some of the machines too if I am not too tired after that class. Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

I took a vacation day today so took my time working out... 3 pm to 4:40 pm @  power shack 10 min warmup Floor Press Hammer Incline press Long Pulley Row 1 Arm DB Row 1 Arm DB Lateral raise Front Press on Body Master machine Rope Pulls to face Barbell Shrugs Earl Do it because others won't.

Monday night 1 did a 19 minute Leslie Sansone - 1 mile booster walk w/hand weights and 30 minutes=2 miles on the gazelle. and 20 ab crunches.
