weekend wrap up

Okay, for me, light side.  i am kind of exhausted from vacation, and took this weekend to rest up, but did have to get sum things done! Friday:  1 hour wog in the morning before work Saturday night after supper: 1 hour fast walk.  All day i did laundry, light gardening, housework.  No sitting all day, just kept moving. Sunday:  15 minutes yoga, light shopping, housework. Slept in to a record 9 a.m....I went to bed at like 10:30 or so.  Just conked out.  On my vacation the first week, did lots of daily exercise with my bro and sisters...long walks, water play.  The second week, started out great:  15 mile bike ride along lake Michigan with DH, city walking (walked about 3 miles to Gino's for deep dish and beer, then back to the hotel! Kind of earned it..a little....oh cut me some slack!) The rest of the time, conference walking at mcCormick place, which is a 4 million sq foot place! my feets were tired!
