Wednesday's workout
Squat day but my lower back is shot, slept funny I guess...so made some adjustments to the workout today...
1 pm to 2:15 pm @ home gym
10 min abs and stretching
Power Cleans
Glute Ham Raises superset 1 legged calf raises
Hanging Leg Raises superset grip work
walk 25 min (just for some sun)
8:15 pm to 9 pm @ work gym
walk 5 min to wake up
Leg Extensions
Leg Press superset Calf Press
walk treadmill 20 min
