My workout this morning:  Addductor machine Abducctor machine Leg extention machine Leg curl machine Smith machine Squats Smith machine Lunges Leg Press Standing calf raises machine Ab floor exercises cardio: 30 minutes on eliptical (interval training)

Good workout Mary. Just walking at work gym for me tonight just to destress and move a little. I get more sore just sitting at my desk than a thousand squat workouts.  45 min walked treadmill, up to level 8, up to 3.5 mph Earl
