This morning's workout:  Lat pull Cable rows DB Military press DB Shoulder press DB Concentration Curls DB Tricep Extention Preacher curls - machine Tricep - machine Hover (plank) 30 min Cardio - elipitical Tonight's workout:  1 hr spin class

I did my usual 50 min cardio workout ( I do THE FIRM ) I swear by it. Gosh. if anyone else get's it but I truelly get a high off my workout. I'm addicted.

Basically this was supposed to be my second workout last night but got too busy at work.
