Saturday took the day off, lots of walking around, but basically no formal exercise.

1:10 pm to 2pm @ home
Floor Press with chains
Incline DB Press
1 Arm DB press
1 Arm DB Laterals
That's it. Crazy at work, too many vacations, so didn't get a second workout to do my Back training.
