It was such a hectic day, so I got in my Curves Advanced workout, walked, and that is it.  I have a seminar for the next 3 days--11 hour events-- so I plan on taking a couple of walking breaks before, during and after to rack up as many miles as possible. Katy B

Okay, I couldn't stand it.  I managed to work in ab work and a workout with my flexibility ball and mini trampoline.  I am officially hooked. Katy B
