4 mile run/walk this morning!! 54:33!! Can I do that for 13 miles is the question?? I'm on vacation the rest of the week.. I going to try and sneek in a workout !!

I'm a new poster to this thread, but not to fitness! Today I'll do 30 minutes of intervals on the treadmill during lunch, then early this evening I have a 60 minute resistance training session.  I'll start and end with 10 more minutes of cardio. Donna :)
