Monday workout

Good Morning....  Got up early this am...did 40 mins of cardio. I mixed it up 15 Elliptical 10 min rowing machine (never done that before) and 15 more on a different type of elliptical... Going back to do weights later this afternoon and 20 more cardio.... What are you doing?

Good Afternoon, I got up took a ride on the bike with a good friend, did 12 miles. Did some crunches at home on the exercise ball, then going to gym around 2pm to do some weights and running on the treadmill...probably same tomorrow. Funny, how addicting working out can become from sitting on the couch to not being able to sit still.  Kelli

Good workout Michelle. Seems like you're getting back into the swing of things ok. Monday 1 pm @ home walked 45 min outside 8:15 to 9 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 30 min, up to level 12, up to 3.7 mph 20 min ab circuit Earl
