Sunday workout

Hey Gang! Let's the weather is beautiful and it's a new month! Time to get on the health wagon....who is with me? I'll drive....make sure to fasten your seat belts!  Let's see I mowed the lawn this morning...with a push mower so it was a good two hours of walking and pushing the mower...Went to the gym also this evening. 30 mins of the elliptical and 20 mins on the recumbent bike...Not too shabby!  How did you all do????

4 mile walk, 6 sets of interval training on the stairs at the park, push ups, tricep dips, ab work.
