Thanks Earl! Yesterday was my first time doing a spin class and let me tell you I have neer sweated like that in my life. It felt so great I can not even explain the feeling of working out that agressively. I am still in a very good mood..... I love it   Have a good weekend! Diana

Well, shoot -- posted my reply to the wrong post!  LOL 30 minutes of interval cardio on the treadmill during lunch. later, in the early eveing, I have a 60 minute resistance-training session with my personal training.  I'll stat and end with 10 more minutes of easy cardio for a warm-up and cool-down.
