Monday workout
oh ya...103 here today! Good job, Mr. Earl!
i had to get to work early, so no walk. Just about 35 minutes of yoga which I needed after playing badminton and volleyball all afternoon yesterday.
I worked physically hard this morning, too, unloading trucks, re-loading up food to go to 7 sites. whoa...i feel i earned my moola today huckin sum big boxes.
Maybe after the sun goes down i may stagger around the block daintily.
8am to 9:30am rode the bike, not straight riding...stopped by a friend who is a bicycle enthusiast and has me going on a 15mile trip next Monday :)
Gym 2pm to 4pm, did some cardio and then off to the big boys room to do some strength training.
Tomorrow I am going to get a work-out mat for home and a few weights to do some of the core workouts at home then just really focus on the harder stuff at the gym.
