Took Wednesday off for my girlfriend's birthday then work was a nightmare so didn't get a break. Thursday 1 pm to 2 pm @ home gym 10 min warmup Power Snatch / Overhead Squats Front Squats Front Squat lockouts Olympic Good Mornings Hanging Leg Raises 7:45 pm to 8:30 pm @ work gym Giant Set - 1 leg Curl -Standing abs - Leg Extensions - Calf Press - side Bends DB wrist Curls Reverse DB Wrist Curls Hammer Curls superset Pushdowns (pump) Earl
