Ha ha Kathy...I too have a good memory, but unfortunately, it's very SHORT!  I have to have a book or a file, preferably with pictures of exercises.  As many years as I have worked out, one might think I would know names of certain moves, but nooooo.

Thanks, now I know I am not alone.  I read the mags and such to make sure my form is correct.  But when I get to the gym I think, hmmmmm I know the more I do it, it will become routine but need some help in the mean time. Thanks for the post... Take care, Kathy

I'm one of those dork's that write things down.  I suffer from CRS - Can't remember shee-it.  I can't remember how many sets I did one set ago.  I'm lucky I find my way to the gym.  Anyways, if anyone notices me at the gym writing stuff down, I just tell myself it's because they think I'm hot.  Ha ha.
