Going to change things up a little...more reps...more bodybuilding type things. 1:10 pm to 2 pm @ home Floor Press superset 1 legged calf raises Incline discus flyes 1 Arm DB Press 1 Arm DB Laterals 1 Arm DB Front Raises 20 K kettlebell press and upright row Started to take a shower and got a call that the late shift guy called off so I get a couple more hours to play...so went for a walk for 40 minutes 8:10 pm to 9:10 pm @ work gym 10 min warmup Hang Cleans Pulldowns Cybex Narrow rows Rope Pulls to face.
