Weekend workouts
Friday Drove out of town for a track meet in Dayton Ohio. Went to the stadium after we checked into the hotel and threw for 45 minutes or so. Saturday. Competed all day..well really...it was more like throw 10 minutes, wait 5 hours, throw for another 10 minutes. I think I got more exercise when I was shagging shot puts for a couple of other flights before my competition started. Got 3rd in Shot Put and 3rd in Discus. Didn't throw well at all really. Sunday Walked 45 min on treadmill at lunch at the work gym. Just to stay awake. Have a good weekend everyone. Earl

Sat. and Sun. I did my double laps of powerwalking. I discovered the route in reverse seems harder...maybe it's just the second time around.
TODAY started summer bootcamp---I'm sitting here thinking about finding the Tylenols.
Went off to Jazzercise and did a "strength training" class---ouchie!!!! Those ladies are SERIOUS!!!!
Then came home and did my double powerwalk laps...really needed some mentally talking to myself to make it up the last hill. I really just wanted to collapse in the grass under a tree and hope my DH would notice I was missing when he got home at 6:30 tonight.
Tomorrow is killer water aerobics.........the instructor is a beast!
(Oh, I was thinking I should get some exercise credit for dragging the sprinkler around the yard. The birds, squirrels, and rabbits follow me to get drinks. I feel like Noah.)
