Tuesday and Wednesday workouts

Wogging for me both days = about 55 minutes each day.  I did do a few minutes of yoga moves as weel yesterday morning. Today i need to get in my abs on the ball and sum push ups.

How about you????

Good job Neecee. Just throwing for me Tuesday 45 min at 1 pm and 45 min at 7 pm @ work. Still working on today... Wed Squat workout at home 10 min warmup Power cleans Squat with mini bands Glute Ham Raises superset 1 legged calf raises (last weight workout before Meet Saturday...just throwing Thurs and Friday) Earl

RNY on 05/08/06 with
Didnt do any exercise on Tuesday and on wednesday I did 40 on ellipitical and one hour pilates.
