1 pm to 2 pm @ home gym 10 min warmup Speed Incline press with mini bands Push press Incline Discus Flyes superset Glute Ham Raises 1 legged calf raise superset hanging leg raises and 1 arm DB laterals 8:15 pm to 9:15 pm @ work gym 15 min warmup and shot put drills Inverted chins Inverted rows Rope pulls to face superset decline situps Earl Do it because nobody else will.

I decided to take the evening off. I usually go to the gym two times on monday for another 2 hours of work, but I am trying to be good to myself.. Think I am getting a little tennis elbow too.. been bothering me all weekend.
