some suggestions, please
I almost 6 months out....I have been jogging/walking for the past 2 months. I have built up to mostly a jog for 2.5 miles. That was going great until last week. My energy level just hasn't been there. The activity itself doesn't wear me out, I am tired before I even get started. I have lost 85# since lap RNY. Running has become something I really look forward to. Please give me some pointers so I can get it going again.
I wondered also about your iron and B-12. I noticed a definite improvement in energy when I added them to my vitamins. I also started getting tired of walking (I know you are jogging now though) ANd I switched up my routine because I found that it was a combination of lack of iron/ B-12 and boredom with my routine. I started taking cardio and power pump classes (wt lifting) at my local YMCA. It helps me to exercise with others because it seems to motivate me more.
