Kicking off the week!

Monday = after work, shoveled composted soil into our garden beds, 35 minutes.  After supper, went for a 35 minute wog Tuesday = before work did 40 minutes vinyassa flow.  Planned after work:  walk in the hills, 45 minutes.  How bout you guise????

Monday, I walked on the treadmill for 1 hour at a 6.0 incline at 3.3 speed and did 3 miles.  Tuesay, does getting ready count for anything But I plan on going to the gym after work ~Diana~

Monday--had an good kind of emergency at the ranch so I had to hot foot it out there as soon as I finished my weight workout.  Needless to say, I didn't get to Curves Tuesday--treadmill for 40 minutes.  planning on biking later today if I get my new inner tubes in place. Katy B
