1/3 of the way to short term goal

I just did 32 mins of exercise to bring me up to 200 minutes of my 600 to be completed in a month.  Today, I turned on some music and danced while cleaning.  I got up a good sweat.  I watched an inspirational movie about a guy with one leg and one kidney that biked cross country in just 38 and 1/2 days.  He started working out while in the rehab center and got in shape in under a year.  And someone in here said she used to weigh about 350lbs and recently did a half ironman.  I think if they can do those really big things, I can do this small thing.
