FRY-Day! and weekend forecast
Update on my Thursday wog: did 90 minutes, over 6 miles, about a 13-14 minute mile. This is a bit of hills, too.
Today so far: 60 minute wog.
Saturday: playing with grandsons, which means walks to park, basketball, bike rides round the hood.
Sunday: If DH works, giant bike ride. I woudl so like to break this plateau i am on! Have not lost anything in 3 weeks. And this weight is one where i have said %^$@ IT before and kind of rolled over! I am trying to stay on board here.

Hi Neecee.
I just flew in from Colorado. I hiked and walked and did better than any other time I have been there. Yay!
I am usually sucking wind, dragging legs that weigh a ton and moaning about the high altitude. Those days are in the past and need to stay there!
So my plan for tomorrow is to walk on my treadmill and work outside. I am aiming for moving the pace up a bit and going longer.
