started to walk outside, got 1 lap around the parking lot and said $crew this..it's too cold. 85 yesterday and about 45 today. Global warming my A$$.
went inside and did 40 on a treadmill, up to 3.5 mph, up to level 11

Well, if it stops raining...will go throw for 45 minutes
then do some abs and calf training at home
