Wed = 50 minute wog, 20 lunges Thurs = Before work: 30 minutes yoga flow, 200 crunches on the ball, 24 push ups, 30 leg lunges                After work: 60+ minute fast walk with skinny chick in my office.

Good job Neecee. Wed 1 pm to 2:10 pm @ home 30 min warmup (walking, abs and stretching) Power Snatch Front Squat with chains Partial Front Squats superset Glute Ham Raises Lunges superset Hanging leg raises 7 pm to 8pm @ work started to walk outside, got 1 lap around the parking lot and said $crew this..it's too cold. 85 yesterday and about 45 today. Global warming my A$$. went inside and did 40 on a treadmill, up to 3.5 mph, up to level 11 Thurs Well, if it stops raining...will go throw for 45 minutes then do some abs and calf training at home Have a good weekend Earl
