Me = 35 minute wog after work. pretty hot out there, but turns out i did not melt.  Before work = 200 crunches, 15 minutes yoga flow poses. 15 girlie push ups.  Sunday, i hiked a bit, swam a little, played some basketball with the GS's, walked to the park.  Boating at the lake all day long.
