Friday-Saturday-Sunday?

friday = nada thought i was goin dancing, but it turned out to be a ****ty band. Saturday = 2.5 hour bike ride Sunday = walking, at least an hour. may go boating.

Friday---30 minute workout with Denise Austin and 3 mile walk in the evening Saturday-- 15 minutes dance body                     15 minutes thin thighs                      10 minutes arms with 5 pound weights (am going up to 10 pounds next month)                      3.15 mile walk this afternoon Sunday---Women's walking challenge begins..will be doing my 3 mile walk each day until july 8th with no breaks in between..then i will go back to 6 days a week..also will do my daily 30 minute morning workouts.

Friday--one hour of weight work               45 minutes at Curves Saturday--Nada like your  Friday exactly except I had an emergency and didn't get to the dance.  My mom is okay but she ended up in the ER Sunday--walking about 3 mph for 45 min. to an hour

Hehehe...We have  bands like that too. Good workout Neecee. Friday...just 30 min walk then drove to Ky for a Scottish games thing Sat - walked around the games all day and walked around the nice park they had there. Sun 12:30 to 1:30  throwing practice 4:30 @ work Walked around the building (this is a huge complex) for 50 min to get some sun. Have a good weekend. Earl
