Friday-Saturday-Sunday?
Friday---30 minute workout with Denise Austin and 3 mile walk in the evening
Saturday-- 15 minutes dance body
15 minutes thin thighs
10 minutes arms with 5 pound weights (am going up to 10 pounds next month)
3.15 mile walk this afternoon
Sunday---Women's walking challenge begins..will be doing my 3 mile walk each day until july 8th with no breaks in between..then i will go back to 6 days a week..also will do my daily 30 minute morning workouts.

Friday...just 30 min walk then drove to Ky for a Scottish games thing
Sat - walked around the games all day and walked around the nice park they had there.

12:30 to 1:30
throwing practice
4:30 @ work
Walked around the building (this is a huge complex) for 50 min to get some sun.
