11:45 am to 12:45 pm walked outside 1 hour 1:20 pm to 2 pm @ home gym Suspended Incline press superset 1 legged calf raises 1 Arm Kettlebell press Incline Discus Flyes 8:15 pm to 9 pm @ work gym Pulldowns Inverted Rows Rope Pulls to face 1 Arm DB Laterals 12:30 am @ home (plan on this after work) Hanging Leg Raises Decline Situps Earl

So many people will just take five pound weights and do something 10 times. What are they getting out of it? Nothing! Jack LaLanne

Wow, not as cool as you guys, but... 35 minutes on elyptical and 20 minutes of stretching afterwards :)
