Yes!!!!!  another week to make a difference out here.  I did a 55 minute wog, 100 ball crunches and that is it. Maybe a teeny bike ride later.

Good job Neecee. I'm a little Sunburned actually. It's been nice in Columbus. Monday 11:45 am to 12:30 pm  Throwing practice 1pm to 1:50 pm @ home gym 5 min warmup power cleans Suspended squats Glute Ham raises superset Hanging leg raise That's it for me today. Just have too much going on lately. Home gym saves me some travel time but I'm still working on getting it all organized. Earl

15 on elliptical at level 10 at 65 + rpm
1 hour pilates
1 hour of chest and back supersets.
will be doing at least 45 minutes supersets on stomach and arms tonight.. supersets.

I am trying to get the courage up to try a treadmill. Because of my knee problems I have avoided running because of the impact although someone gave me this really nice treadmill. I look at it each day and wonder if i could do it.. for some reason treadmills scare me.. go figure. Maybe I will plug the thing in and try it.. only had it now for 4 years..lol... but I got a bug to get on it today.
