That's it for me today. Just have too much going on lately. Home gym saves me some travel time but I'm still working on getting it all organized.

I am trying to get the courage up to try a treadmill. Because of my knee problems I have avoided running because of the impact although someone gave me this really nice treadmill. I look at it each day and wonder if i could do it.. for some reason treadmills scare me.. go figure. Maybe I will plug the thing in and try it.. only had it now for 4 years..lol... but I got a bug to get on it today.
