Thursday and Friday workout

Thursday:  yoga in the morning ~30 minutes                     after work:  90 minutes skinny girl wog at river trail - lots of hills! Friday:  going out for a 55 minute wog  EDIT:  100 crunches on the ball and 12 girl push ups and 10 leg lunges each leg

Good job Neecee. Thurs.. I don't remember off hand Friday 15 min warm up Speed Bench Push Press Incline DB press 1 Arm DB laterals Saturday... Set up the garage gym...I'm dying. It's not complete yet but...I'm dying. Sunday Throwing  practice 1 hour Earl
