Tuesday = 55 minute wog Wed = training route bike ride - 75 minutes in the hills Gotta get some abs in here somewhere, arms.

Great job everyone, consistancy is key...besides, it's fun! Ok, maybe not all the time.....LOL. I did 3 miles with arm weights on Wednesday.  Dede
