I would had slept on the bike. Rest is good. Rest day for me today too. Not planned but a rest day.

After taking off some time for my arthristis I went back to my routine.. ouch the legs are yelling at me too..

40 minutes elliptical level 7 at 65+ rpm
1 hour legs supersets... ouchy...
