Weekend was GREAT
Saturday was awesome!! Hubby and I went to the Park and got on the paddle boats. These are boats that are powered by paddling them like you would a bicycle. We paddled for 45 minutes on the lake. What a workout!!. Earlier that morning I did a 30 minute low impact aerobic exercise and a 10 minute ab workout! Then later Saturday evening, I wogged for 1 and half miles! Way to go me!
Sunday was another great workout day...spent the day outside cleaning the yard...did a 45 minute aerobic workout, upper body workout with 5 pound weights in each hand, then later in the evening went for a mile walk!
Today had a 45 minute upper and lower body workout, later will wog ! What a wonderful day so far!
