ya done good. Me?  i saved the day by getting UP off the couch after supper and wogging 55 minutes. i missedmy morning workout, and had a busy after work schedule today. Yay me.

Have been slacking on the exercise this week. I have psoriatic arthritsis and I got my remecade infussion yesterday. it takes about 3 hours of an iv to get it done. I can always tell when I need this med cause my body just stops working and exercise is near impossible. I should be back on track today with at least some exercise and by friday I will be feeling good again.. the difference with this med is night and day. dont even know I have arthristis until its time for me to get my treatment.

Gonna try some light workout and areobics today and see how it goes.
