Tuesday's workout
So get out there, Earl and dry up that mold on your back! LOL Good job on the workout. Tuesday: I did a 50 minute more joggin than walkin thing! It was a day that I felt I could have gone another 5 miles, no problem, light as a feather. I was actually running! (disclaimer: ok, it was actually a 13 minute mile, so it was not like I was flying)
I also did 15 minutes ashtunga flow yoga
