Great job - love how you are able to get in mini-sets most days. That is perfect. Bet you are super strong. Monday = 45 minute wog in the morning, followed by 200 crunches on the ball, 24 girl push ups. After work = 50 minute bike ride, she-woman style, fast and hard pedaling, well until my blow out, where I got to walk it to a phone for thirty minutes. My 65 mile bike ride is this weekend. Gosh, i wanted more time to ride under my belt. Not sure i can finish, but I figure, what the hay, gonna try hard. I know I can complete 40 miles, the last 25 really may hurt.
