I know its different for everyone, and I will ask the doctor, but im just wondering how soon after surgery can you begin to exercise? I am having the VSG surgery. Also what type of exercise do you start off with?
Hi Merideth, I am post-op lap band and I was allowed to walk or liptical but no abs untill I was 6 weeks post-op. Hope this helps, best of luck with your wls.
