4:30 pm to 5:30 pm @ work gym 15 min treadmill up to level 9, up to 3.5 mph 20 min conditioning circuit - mainly abs 15 min treadmill up to level 15, up to 3.9 mph I kind of like that workout. One way to keep the walking intense for a longer overall time. Have a good weekend. Earl

That's a good one!  I was kind of a slacker this weekend.  Housework on Saturday, but one of those four hour deals, lots of scrubbing.  Sunday:  grandsons to the park, about a two mile walk, and running around after them for 5 hours! I was so whupped on Sunday night, i slept on the couch before i went to bed for the night, where i slept like a log.

I did nothing over the weekend as far as excercise. I worked on getting my RV ready for a trip and cleaned house
