Thursday - I was down for the count. Not sure what but the truck that hit me, backed up and hit me again, then parked it on my a$$.
Friday - Better today - sunny so put on the sweats and went throwing..
1pm to 1:45 pm Throwing practice
3:15 pm to 4:45 pm @ power shack
15 min warm up
Incline DB Press
Flat DB Press
Barbell Overhead press
1 arm DB laterals
Tbar rows superset 1 legged calf raises
Reverse Grip T Bar Rows
Shrugs
I have to go into wor****il 11pm but then we're going dancing......so that's my cardio today.
