Been getting dizzy
I have been getting dizzy for the past few days when I stand up.. You know the kind where you feel like you are gonna black out. Usually it is caused from a drop in blood pressure from one posititon to the next.
I have also lost 4 pounds this week and havent been getting more than a 1000 calories in each day while continuing to work out.
What do you all think. I had this problem early on in my surgery when I figured I was getting maybe 300 or 400 cals in a day. Could it be the amount I am eating and do I need to pu**** up a bit.. I still would like to loose another 10 pounds so i have been working on that..
My current BMI is 22.2 and my body fat which was done on Tuesday says I am at 21.4.
Is another 10 pounds plausable with those numbers.

I don't doubt you do feel dizzy! 1000 caloires of exercise, and that low of intake? I'm surprised you can stand up LOL.
The thing about calories in/calories out basic ideal: You do realize that your body uses up x amount of calories just being, functioning, right?
IMHO, shoot for ~300 - 400 caloric burn for exercise daily - once in a while to spike it is good for you, but for your daily routine, that is more than enough.
If you eat at 1000 and burn 350 ish you should still lose like crazy. Or, up calories and stay with the 1000 burned via exercise. Again, my training is that it nearly impossible to get all the nutrients in needed for healthy function at less than 1200 daily. The human body is pretty adaptable when calories are spared, you can go and go (look at YOU!), but at some point, there will be a quality of health issue. Truly, you should be eating no less than 1400 calories, you wild woman!
You are lucky to have the time to exercise like that. I have about 1-2 hours max, and not usually all in one spot on most workdays!
Hope you feel better and work this out soon!
I really don't see much reason for you to go down much further...a lot of people would kill to have a BMI in the 22 range. Just remember that muscle is more dense than fat. You are at a time now where you don't have to look exclusively at weight as a measure of health/fitness.
Unless you REALLY want to lose those extra 10 lbs , I don't see any reason for it especially from a health standpoint. Eating enough of the right foods daily is essential for your body to operate especially when exercising.
Your BMI is good and your body fat percentage is right at normal, especially for women. Women have to have more fat stored in their body so that it can actually function the way it was meant to function. I hope I helped.
Good luck!
I am obsessed with my calorie in thing.. i usually eat somewhere around 1000 calories a day which is better than two months ago.. the doc made me move up from the 600 i was eating.
I follow the protein full for everything..
so my calories land in the healthy no snack, protein, good carb areas. average carbs less than 50 and 100 to 110 in protein each day. I always drink at least 100 oz of water a day as well.. I am the poster child for rules following the pouch.. but I may need to up my calories again since I am working out even more than i did two months ago and my bmi, body fat has gone down. I loose and average of 8 pounds a month.. although i think they are slowing abit as I am in the area where I am suppose to be.
