Before work:  200 crunches on my ball 24 girl push ups 30 minutes ashtunga asanas 5 minutes spine twists, leg stretches AFTER work: Monster walk with skinny chick from work = 80 minutes, big hills!

Hiya Neecee,      Way to go girl!       I hit it pretty hard the last four days and am feeling kind of tired, so today for me is just going to be 50-55 minutes on the treadmill this morning and then my usual leg lifts at bedtime.
